I understand the benefits of physical fitness, especially as a female personal trainer. Throughout my adult life, I have focused on careers that help people, particularly women 50 and older, achieve optimal health and wellness. As a wife and mother raising two sons while working full-time and striving to live a Christian life, I know firsthand how life can interfere with even the most dedicated personal training goals.
